Currently, she serves as an overseer of all billings and record maintenance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes. In addition, Tamara provides essential administrative and liaison support to the Certification Department, maintaining effective communication with manufacturers and suppliers regarding certification policies, procedures, and program status. Her responsibilities also include preparing and sending correspondence to certification program participants, as well as addressing inquiries from members and fenestration certification program operations.
